Sadly Bijou passed away last month. It was completely sudden and unexpected. She was not that old. She was found in the back of the cage ticked up in her shredded coffee filter bed. :( She was a gregarious Syrian hamster and as many hamsters she loved her wheel. I have her sister Kurumi who has become quite the social butterfly since she has been here.
Rest in peace little Bijou. You happy little self is missed every day.
